Our older adult program is looking for some help at our Meet & Greet event. We will have several things to set up, clean up and facilitate. See below for more info!
3:30-6:30- Help us set up and decorate for the event, starting at 3:30. Once setup is complete, we will station volunteers in several areas- facilitating social games, checking people in, oversee our food and dessert tables, help serve/refill waters, bus tables, photo-taking and dancefloor-encouraging/song request collections for our DJ.
4:30-8pm- Arrive just before the event begins and help in several areas- facilitating social games, checking people in, oversee our food and dessert tables, help serve/refill waters, bus tables, photo-taking and dancefloor-encouraging/song request collections for our DJ. Event ends at 7pm and this shift would also involve helping with event cleanup.
