Prepare for distribution by packaging all of the fixings for a Thanksgiving meal into family-sized bags. A fast-paced and fun time!
What you bring:
- Ability to lift, carry and sort items
- Ability to take direction and work with others
- Be on your feet and moving around for the entire shift
Sign up Details:
- Please ensure you are available for the entire shift. Shifts can’t be split or shortened.
- Adults may sign up with youth ages 7 - 15. Each person, no matter their age, must be signed up for a slot. Use the Respond as a Team button to sign up with young people.
- Youth ages 16 - 18 can sign up on their own but must have their parent or guardian sign our waiver. These teens can also be added to a team.
- Teams of volunteers are welcome but limited to 10 spots for any one shift.
- If you'd like to sign up more than one person please click Respond as a Team button and follow the instructions. This includes families, couples or groups of friends or co-workers.
Parking/Biking:
- On-street parking is available around the center. No space will be available in the Goodman lot due to other programming including Thanksgiving Basket prep and pick up.
