Weekly breakfasts, lunches and hot and hearty afternoon snacks are prepared by the kitchen for hundreds of preschool through high school students as well as our community of older adults and Meals on Wheels participants. It's a busy kitchen with lots of hustle and bustle.
Volunteers are needed to help our kitchen team with monthly deep cleaning. You'll work under the guidance of our kitchen staff and with adherence to food safety regulations. You'll be working in a small team to deep clean our small machines & equipment interiors & exteriors as well as washing walls where needed. Some organization in our dry storage area may be included month by month.
Schedule: usually third Friday of the month, 2 - 5 pm
