Volunteer: Donation Receiving in Gym

This year, we are starting our donation receiving process a bit earlier than usual.

This shift involves receiving donations that get brought to our gym between Saturday 11/15 and Tuesday, 11/18.

People signing up for this shift should note-

- There will likely be a bit of downtime throughout the shift, as we don't always know when waves of donations will come through. We recommend signing up with a friend and/or bringing a book or something to do during those downtimes.

- When donations are dropped off, volunteers will help to- keep track of which registered food drives are dropping off, gather contact info from individual donors and offer to enter them into a raffle, create a welcoming donation dropoff experience, overall!
